The Snow Guarantee® lets you access an entire network of vacation rentals, with accommodations near several of the most popular US ski resorts in Colorado, Utah and Idaho. Plus, because we’re part of the Wyndham Worldwide family, The Snow Guarantee now extends to properties managed by our Colorado partner, ResortQuest, including their Aspen, Keystone, Park City and Sun Valley destinations.
Step 1.
Book your stay at one of The Resort Company’s or ResortQuest’s ski destinations in Aspen, Breckenridge, Keystone, Steamboat Springs, Park City, Sun Valley, Beaver Creek or Vail.
Step 2.
Check the ski conditions and snow reports for your original destination before you travel.
Step 3.
If the ski conditions aren’t to your liking, contact your original destination within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival to request a change. Your reservation will be transferred to another participating ski destination free of charge.*
The Snow Guarantee is valid for lodging only; no reservations fees or taxes or other additional costs are covered. This guarantee is limited to one resort change per reservation, with any changes to be made within 72 hours of arrival. Snow Guarantee is subject to availability during the original booking dates of Guest's reservation at the alternative destination. Like accommodations in requested location cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. If upgrade is requested, Guest is responsible for any additional fee. Guest is responsible for arranging any necessary air and ground transportation, and The Resort Company is not responsible for any additional travel expenses or cancellation fees incurred on behalf of Guest due to location change.
